The Original Party Trolley of Boston, Inc. will strictly enforce all federal and state laws and maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that alcoholic beverages are prohibited on board the party vehicles if any guest is not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have the ability to stop the party vehicles and search for contraband or underage possession of alcohol. Under this policy, the driver also reserves the right to either transport all passengers directly to the local policy department or park on the side of the road and wait for parent/guardians to pick up their underage charges. No refunds are given if the charter is terminated for underage alcohol possession or intoxication.
